A $300.00 nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your place in the retreat.
After submitting this registration form, you will receive a Medical Health History form to complete. Once completed, a member of our team will contact you to collect the deposit and schedule your Comprehensive Assessment —a 45-minute in-person medical evaluation with our physician to ensure this experience is safe and appropriate for you. The remaining $1,150.00 balance will be due at this appointment.
All payments are nonrefundable. If you need to cancel, a credit may be applied toward a future Heal the Healer retreat.
Participants will earn 8 CEU hours accepted by the Nevada MFT/CPC Board.

Friday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Sunday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Please note: You must have a ride home on Saturday, as you will participate in a ketamine session and will not be permitted to drive afterward.
Register by October 10, 2025 to receive a $100 credit toward a future Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy visit at Kalea Wellness.
