Payments & Insurance:​​​​​
At this time, Kalea Wellness does not accept any types of insurance. Since many treatments are classified as "off-label," they do not qualify for coverage. All clients must pay for services directly at the time of their appointment. A receipt can be provided for clients who wish to pursue reimbursement from their insurance providers independently.

Late Policy:
We kindly request that clients arrive on time for their scheduled appointments to ensure we can provide the best possible care. If you anticipate being late, please contact us as soon as possible to inform our team.

Clients arriving more than 50% late of the total scheduled visit time may have their appointment cancelled and will be charged a late fee equivalent to 75% of the actual consultation fee or service fee. This fee will be billed separately from any future appointments. Exceptions to this policy may be requested through the process outlined in the "Exceptions" section of our policy.
Cancellation Policy:
We understand that circumstances may require you to reschedule your appointment. To accommodate other clients in need of care, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us adequate time to offer your appointment slot to another client. We will be providing appointment reminders in the form of automated phone calls and/or text messages to help you remember your scheduled appointments.
No-Show Policy:
A “no-show” is when a client misses an appointment without prior cancellation. If you miss your scheduled appointment without any notice, you will be charged a fee equivalent to 75% of the actual consultation fee or service fee. This fee reflects the cost of the missed appointment and the time reserved for your care. The no-show fee charged will be billed separately from the fee for your next scheduled appointment.
Fee Structure:
The fee for a missed appointment (no-show) is 75% of the actual consultation fee or service fee. This fee must be paid in full before scheduling any future appointments with Kalea Wellness.
Exceptions:
We understand emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you have a genuine emergency or unavoidable situation preventing you from attending your scheduled appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to accommodate your needs while minimizing any inconvenience. However, recurrent offenders—individuals who repeatedly cancel or no-show appointments—will be charged the no-show fee without exceptions. To request an exception, please submit a proper request within 7 days from the missed appointment by completing and submitting the Exception Request Form. Exceptions will be reviewed by the clinic manager based on a case-by-case basis, and each case will be properly documented.
